MuleTrace
Pilot programme

Try MuleTrace
on your own alerts.

A MuleTrace pilot is a short, read-only trial for a Sri Lankan compliance team. We start with a walkthrough on synthetic data, then run MuleTrace on historical alerts you choose to export and review the results with you.

Who it’s for

Is MuleTraceright for you?

  • Digital-first banks, finance companies and payment apps operating in Sri Lanka.
  • Compliance teams of two to five people handling hundreds of alerts a week.
  • An existing monitoring system that already produces alerts you can export.
  • STRs written by hand today, from records spread across several systems.
How a pilot works

Four steps,read-only.

  1. Talk

A short call about your team, your alert volumes and your current STR process.

  2. Walkthrough

We show every screen on synthetic data, so nothing of yours is needed yet.

  3. Your alerts

You export a set of historical alerts. MuleTrace runs on them read-only, in an environment we agree.

  4. Review

We go through the triage, graphs and draft STRs with your analysts and compare them with what really happened.

Tell us your institution, team size and roughly how many alerts you handle each week. We reply to every message.

FAQ

Pilots:your questions.

Last updated 13 October 2026

Who is a pilot for?

Digital-first banks, finance companies and payment apps in Sri Lanka with a compliance team of roughly two to five people and an existing alert-monitoring system.

Do we need to connect MuleTrace to our core banking system?

No. MuleTrace is designed as an add-on that takes the alerts and related transactions your monitoring system already produces. A pilot starts with a read-only export that you choose.

What does a pilot cost?

Pilot terms are agreed with each institution. Email us and we will discuss what fits your team.

Where would our data be processed?

That is agreed before any data is shared. The production design runs the model on Gemma inside your own environment or in-country cloud, so customer data can stay in Sri Lanka.

Can we see it working first?

Yes. We start with a walkthrough of the prototype on synthetic data, so your team can see every screen before deciding anything.
